Rules for using this site

The public part of this site is open to all, individuals or enterprises, provided that their
contribution is serious and not neglectable, of a legal character and not discriminatory.
In this part of the site, you are therefore welcome to post news and classified advertisements,
suggest proposals, and generally tell us your opinions. You can also send articles by e-mail
to the Webmaster, about any subject. Publication of your parcels or proposals will be subject
to acceptance by the Webmaster, whose decisions are final.

In this site, there is also parts reserved to subscribed members, registered by AFBnetwork. Any
publication in these parts, also subject to acceptance by the Webmaster, can only take place
under condition of complete subscription through the form provided in the "members" section.
This network being a private network, AFBnetwork keeps its right to refuse any member
subscription without giving any reason or explanation.

Any contact with AFBnetwork will be first through e-mail. For confidential contacts, you can
encrypt your communications with the SST software (Secure Shuttle Transport, from Boomerang
Software) and send them by e-mail to AFBnetwork whose SST number is given in the site information
topic, on the right of your screen. The light version of this software and identification number,
along with corresponding keys, is freeware and can be downloaded through our "download" section.
The use of SST is quite simple and does not require any special skills: This is the quality of
this product, which we recommend strongly. A more elaborated version also exists (not for free).

Any abuse or "spam", whether in the public part of this site or in the members areas, and whatever
way is used, will be sanctioned by immediate and definitive exclusion of the member whose login
and password have been used, even if these confidential informations have been used by someone
else, as the owner of these data is responsible for their confidentiality. Such abuses or "spam"
will also be transmitted to the competent authorities, without prejudice to all ways of Law.
All accesses to this site are "logged", so if you don't like it (which is strictly your right)
please don't access to it anymore. Please, note also that anything related to pornography is
strictly prohibited in this site and - of course - will be refused.

Any personal information given in this site by visitors will be taken by AFBnetwork as strictly
confidential. None of it will be given in any case to third parties, except when compulsory by
Law, nor sold for publicity or other purpose except under special permission given inside the
subscription form under the corresponding topic. This permission can be suppressed at any time
through the link used for personal information modification.

Personal information can be accessed at any moment for modification or even suppression without
any other condition than termination of subscription. In such a case, all personal information
will be immediately deleted from AFBnetwork files, at first request, and such suppression will be
confirmed by e-mail to the interested person without delay.
